Albert Chou is Vice president at Taiwan stock exchange (TWSE). Prior to joining TWSE in 1990, he worked at Pifer Financial System as a system analyst. He is CEO of Taiwan XBRL committee since 2010. He is also an associate professor at National Taipei Business University since 1990. He holds Bachelor of Public Finance from National Cheng-Chi University, Taiwan, Master of Computer Science from Villanova University, and Ph. D from Graduate Institute of Management Sciences, Tamkang University, Taiwan.
Sung Chun Kim

Dr. Kim is Head of ETP market at Korea Exchange, responsible for LP evaluation, approval of new entry of AP and LP, and management & promotion of ETP market.
He joined KRX in 2003 and worked in corporate disclosure, listing promotion, and international & research department, leading amendment of disclosure rules and Cambodian stock exchange establishment project.
He holds Master of Business Administration from Emory University and Ph.D from Graduate School of Yonsei University.
Joyce Ip

Based in Hong Kong, Joyce Ip is Nasdaq’s Head of APAC Index Licensing being responsible for business expansion in the region.
Apart from supporting product issuers to develop innovative index tracking products, Joyce also engages clients to grow their existing products by sharing the company’s global expertise and experience. She is responsible to build the regional franchise of Nasdaq Dorsey Wright, the stock market and equity investment research arm of Nasdaq.
Joyce has been working in the index industry since she started her career in the financial industry. Prior to joining Nasdaq, she was Head of Client Coverage for Hang Seng Index, the local index provider in Hong Kong.
Joyce holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance from University of Hong Kong.
Keiji Maegawa

Keiji Maegawa joined Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) in 2008. After some time in the General Administration and Listing departments, from 2017 he served in the New Listings department, where he was responsible for expanding and improving the REIT and infrastructure fund markets. Since April 2021, he has been in charge of ETF market promotion, mainly working on activities to attract new ETFs to the TSE market and to improve the listing environment.
He graduated from Kyoto University and received an MBA in Finance from Graduate School of Business and Finance, Waseda University
Jean-François Mesnard-Sense

As Head of Exchange Traded Products (ETPs), Jean-François leads the team responsible for the development of HKEX’s Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and Leveraged and Inverse (L&I) products. He also plays an active role in providing thought leadership and investor education.
Jean-François has nearly 10 years of experience in the ETF industry. Prior to HKEX, Jean-François was at State Street Global Advisors, where he was most recently Head of ETF Capital Markets, APAC, managing the secondary and primary market activity of SPDR ETFs in the Asia Pacific region with the purpose of improving user experience whilst trading SPDR ETFs.
Prior to joining State Street Global Advisors, Jean-François worked at Deutsche Asset Management in London. As an ETF Capital Markets Specialist, he was providing ETF trading and execution intelligence to a broad client base across Europe, South America and Asia Pacific and managing relationship with exchanges and market maker trading desks with responsibility for France and Romandy.
Jean-François holds a MSc in International Finance from HEC Paris and a MSc in Engineering from Ecole Centrale De Lille.

Christine Cho 是臺灣指數公司(TIP)總經理。TIP是臺灣證券交易所(TWSE)全資子公司，為台灣在地專業指數公司，專責指數開發、維護、授權及行銷推廣等業務，除受TWSE委託，維護和推展TWSE包括臺灣最代表性之TAIEX等指數系列外，也自行編製或與國外機構合作編製符合投資需求之近百檔指數，授權業者發行ETF、ETN、指數權證等指數商品，或授權資產管理機構使用指數作為投資績效指標。
Christine擁有台灣大學財務金融碩士學位，熟稔資本市場IPO發行與審計監理業務、次級市場交易面業務與證交所綜合規劃等業務，在加入TIP之前，任職證交所上市、交易與企劃研究部門。
Magnus Cattan

Magnus Cattan is Head of Fixed Income & Data Services, Asia Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, Mr Cattan is focused on product strategy and sales development for ICE. Mr Cattan is passionate about transparency and the transformation of workflow from analog to digital in the financial markets. Across Asia Pacific, a lot of his focus currently is on indices and data fueling the growth of the passive investment ecosystem, as well as, how low latency connectivity can help firms with trading opportunities. Probably one of his strongest passions is fixed income as an asset class, and for more than 15 years, Mr Cattan has been an advocate for fixed income transparency and the electronic evolution of this asset class.
Tim Brennan

Global Head of Capital Markets and Exchange Strategy (S&PDJI)
Tim Brennan is Head of Capital Markets and Exchange Strategy for S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI). In this role, Tim focuses on how S&P DJI interacts with the various areas of capital markets with an emphasis on exchanges, liquidity and product issuance (exchange-traded derivatives [ETDs], exchange-traded products [ETPs]). Tim ensures that S&P DJI has a comprehensive strategy for how best to optimize its exchange collaboration, with the aim of getting S&P DJI branded ETDs and ETPs listed on the exchanges that satisfy the needs of our clients, liquidity providers and liquidity seekers.
Prior to joining S&P DJI, Tim was the Chief Commercial Officer for ABN AMRO Clearing Chicago. It was in this role that balance sheet optimization became a primary focus.
Previous to working in clearing, Tim held various roles in trading, market making, execution and industry advocacy across multiple asset classes for both the buy side and sell side. He was at the forefront of automated trading in the U.S. as a member of the team at Morgan Stanley that built
the automated options market making business. After Morgan Stanley, Tim joined Citadel and was instrumental in starting the Citadel Execution Services business. Tim was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch, where he was responsible for the options market making business. He also spent time at the NYSE, rounding out his education in trading and markets. Tim has extensive knowledge covering ETDs, ETPs, fx derivatives, market structure, algorithmic trading, clearing and exchanges. He is passionate about the benefits of transparency and open access in markets.
Tim has served as a Director on the boards of the International Securities Exchange (ISE) and Boston Options Exchange (BOX). He holds the following licenses: 7, 63, 3, 4, 24, 55 and 56.

Chuck Chang是倫敦證交所(LSEG)的指數研究與設計的台灣團隊主管。Chuck 於 2019 年加入 LSEG，他所帶領的團隊主要負責於指數研發，針對不同的國家、投資策略和相關指標，設計出符合亞太區客戶需求的指數和提供相關的解決方案，其中包含市值型，風格型、ESG永續投資和各種主題式指數。
在加入LSEG之前，他曾任職於瀚亞投信（Eastspring Investments, Taiwan）的資產管理部門，負責管理壽險公司的全權委託管理帳戶，投資範圍和標的涵蓋了全球主要市場中台灣已核備銷售美元計價之境外基金、全球ETF。他也於任職瀚亞期間獲得國際特許金融分析師(CFA)的資格認證。
在加入瀚亞投信之前，他曾任職於野村投信（Nomura Asset Management , Taiwan）擔任量化研究員，主要負責於計量模型的研發並追求更好的投資效益，包括股債配置策略、多因子選股策略、風險管理以及相關的金融數據分析。
Chris Williamson

Chris Williamson is Head of Asia-Pacific, Index Investments Group at FTSE Russell, part of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) which he joined in 2014, originally based in London.
Chris moved to Hong Kong in 2017 to develop FTSE Russell’s Global Accounts business in APAC and built out key client relationships with global Buy Side and Sell Side firms, recruiting and developing a talented team across the region. He has held several leadership roles and was one of the architects behind FTSE Russell’s Index Investments Group formed in January 2022.
The Index Investments Group are responsible for working with market participants including ETF issuers, investment banks, asset owners, exchanges, and intermediaries, to increase index-tracking assets under management (AuM) and develop the index investing eco-system.
Chris is also a member of the Benchmarks and Indices (B&I) Asia Leadership Team, working to set and execute strategy and develop high-performing teams across the business.
Douglas Walls
